Abnormally cold weather in Spain prevented not only the Formula 1 teams in Barcelona, but tore the preparation of the current world Champions rally to stage in Mexico.
As informs official site WRC, M-Sport had planned to hold a five-day test in southern Spain. But in the end were able to train only two days – on the third day it snowed, and the British team decided to eliminate the program.

Sebastien Ogier and Elfyn Evans went on the first gravel stage of the season-2018, losing half the time to prepare and Teemu Suninen and did not have a chance to practice.
“Bad weather prevented us to complete the tests, but nevertheless we were able to gather some information,” – commented the head of M-Sport Malcolm Wilson.
Rally Mexico will be held from 9 to 11 March.
