Exactly four years ago on 29 December 2013, the Motorsport world was shocked by the news of the accident, which happened with Michael Schumacher in the French Alps.
Seven-time world champion vacationing with family and friends at a ski resort in Meribel. In the fall he hit a rock, received a serious head injury.
Michael was taken by helicopter to the hospital of Grenoble, after which it was made, immediate neurosurgical intervention. On that day, the German underwent two operations, after which the doctors stated the critical condition of the patient, who remained in a coma.
Three months later, Schumacher was transferred from Grenoble hospital in Lausanne, and three months later was transported to the family home on the shores of lake Geneva.
The family of Michael does not disclose details of the health status of the idol of millions, but in September 2016, the attorney Schumacher Felix Damme said in a German court that his client still can’t walk.
In December 2017, has been a year since the Foundation of the family-of Schumacher of the charity initiative “Keep Fighting”, which not only thanked all the fans of Michael, but also inspires people who are facing serious difficulties, not to lose hope and not give up.
