The Williams driver Felipe Massa has shared his impressions of his recent qualifying in Formula 1.
In Abu Dhabi, the Brazilian will start the tenth and intends to have some fun before retirement.
“A good qualifying. I am very happy with my quick circle – said Mass in an interview with Sky Sports F1. I don’t know how I managed to pass in the third segment, but I was on edge, and squeezed everything out of the car. The circle in the final segment turned out almost perfect. Although I think tenth place today was the maximum.
The weekend is going well – it’s a great way to retire. I’m glad to end my career on such a competitive level.
In the race I just want to have fun. I have nothing to lose, you can risk it, so have fun!”
