At the end of last week the information appeared that Liberty Media registered in the intellectual property office of the European Union (EUIPO) three new logo. But the confirmation came only at the beginning of the race weekend in Abu Dhabi.
“The new logo will represent our marketing professionals. I can say that it will happen next Sunday, but I don’t know all the details, said Carey in an interview with Sky Sports F1. – We want to give the sport a new energy, we have a lot of plans and ideas. In our opinion, the new logo will help to emphasize this influx of new energy.”
About possible criticism of the new logo, Executive Director of F1 is not worried.
