Williams paid a fine of ten thousand euros for violation of bus rules during the first session of the Grand Prix of Belgium.
In the first 40 minute workout Pirelli provides an additional set of riders which they are then obliged to return. This is done to ensure that spectators are not watching an empty track in the beginning of the session.
Because of the accident Felipe Massa in the first practice time for testing additional sets increased by nine minutes, but the Williams racer lance Stroll had to drive this rubber is still two lines after the time ran out.
