Russian driver Toro Rosso Daniel Quat showed his fans in the social networks of a special helmet design at the Grand Prix of Russia.
A new pattern was chosen by chance – a reference to last year’s incident at the Grand Prix of China, when Sebastian Vettel called the Russian “torpedo” because of a conflict at the start of the race.
But it didn’t end there: two weeks in Sochi, Kvyat and Vettel collided, causing the latter went straight into the barriers. Because of this incident, the leadership of the Red Bull Racing decided to send the Russians back in Junior team Toro Rosso, and he was replaced by Max Verstappen.
“Now I’m in that situation look completely different – quoted quata Crash.net. – I began again to feel comfortable in the car. For us every race is an opportunity to prove themselves. Last year I did not succeed in this plan, and that’s fine.
Now all is well again, and we were only the fourth weekend of the 20, which is good news. Frankly, I prefer to think about the future and not look back”.
