Italian police has prevented abduction of the body of Enzo Ferrari, the legendary founder of Ferrari, died in 1988 at the age of 90 years, reports 20minutos.
The remains of the “Commendatore” buried in the family vault in the cemetery of San Cataldo in Modena. According to sources from local police, the group engaged in drug trafficking and illegal arms sales, was going to steal the body of a Ferrari, and then demand a ransom from his descendants.
In the police operation involved about 300 employees. In various regions of Italy such as Sardinia, Lombardy, Tuscany and Veneto, was detained for a total of 34 people.
