The Manor team announced the move in the LMP1 category of the world championship on races on endurance in 2018.
British team headed by John booth and Graeme Loudon, will act with the support of Ginetta, which back in January announced the beginning of work on the sports prototype.
“We are very excited to move into the LMP1 category, commented Booth. In the last two years our team became acquainted with the WEC championship and now it’s time to go to the senior class. We have long been familiar with people from Ginetta and believe that joint efforts will create a competitive car.”
Also in the beginning of this week about the transition to LMP1 announced the DragonSpeed team, who won in 2017, the ELMS championship in partnership with G-Drive Racing.
