Official website of the Dakar has published the detailed route of the 40th edition of the legendary rally-RAID.
The race starts on 6 January in the capital of Peru, Lima. January 11, competition will enter the territory of Bolivia. January 15, rally-RAID cross the state border with Argentina, and finish “Dakar-2018” on 20 January in Cordoba.
In just 14 stages, the participants will have to overcome more than 8000 km of competitive distance.
Recall that in 2017 Sergey Karjakin won the overall ATV-Quad Yamaha, and the crews of the KAMAZ-Master headed by Eduard Nikolaev celebrated the victory in the trucks.
