The Williams driver Felipe Massa has shared his expectations from his latest home stage in the Formula 1, which will be held in the coming weekend at Interlagos.
Vice-champion of 2008 said goodbye to the Brazilian public a year ago, but then was called up to replace Valtteri bottas and the was delayed for another year. A few days ago, Felipe announced that at the end of the season, will finish his career.
“This is my second farewell race in Brazil, but now just the latter. I look forward to the weekend and I hope before you leave can get a good result, – said Massa at a press conference FIA on Thursday. – Honestly, I find it hard to single out any one special moment in this season. Unfortunately, I was unlucky in several races. And so I would have scored more points.
Maybe I hoped that we will be a little more competitive. But I liked to pilot the car of the new generation. I’m glad I was able to realize its potential, when there were no problems.
In General, I liked this season. I have good memories.”
