AUTOSPORT.com reports that Mendoza seeks to reorganize the Department for quality control of Ferrari in order to avoid breakdowns of power plants, which adversely affected the performances of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen in Malaysia and Japan.
Mendoza previously held the position of head of quality control division of parts of power plants at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. She graduated from the University of Zaragoza and joined the Fiat Group in 2012.
