Pilot Red Bull Daniel Riccardo showed the best time on Friday, the races in Mexico city.
Within five minutes after beginning a workout on the track there were red flags that triggered Romain Grosjean. For a start, the Frenchman was deployed at the exit of the last turn. Immediately after Romain returned to the path, his left rear tire had peeled and damaged the bottom of the VF-17, leaving on the pavement a lot of debris.
The marshals quickly removed the track, however, Grosjean’s day ended prematurely because of serious damage of the bottom.
