Pilot Ferrari Kimi Raikkonen could not hide his disappointment after the Grand Prix of Monaco-2017.
Kimi started from pole position and led throughout the first stint but after the pit stop, the Finn has lost pace, fell into traffic and was behind Sebastian Vettel, who won the race. In the end, the veteran F1 finished the race second.
“Now I’m trying to understand what currently is not yet available, at least for me, is vaguely said Kimi on the Ferrari strategy for the race. Obviously, I am not satisfied that returned to the track for a circular car. But a race result is known to all: the team is happy with it, I don’t.
If you don’t trust the team and its operating principles, it will be much harder. We always try to do their best work.
Yeah, I finished second, but the impression I have is not the best. Sometimes it happens. In the next race I will try to be better.”
