The new owner of the commercial rights of F1 Corporation Liberty Media teams were allowed to upload video with race weekends in F1 in the social network.
Until the tests in Barcelona in the FOM prevented any shootings during the weekends of F1.
And yet even now the teams need to abide by the provisional rules of publications to avoid conflict with television broadcasters. Thus, teams will not be able to remove the cars leaving the pits.
In addition, the FOM will remain the exclusive owner of the rights to the content of F1 and can use it at their discretion.
Mercedes, Red Bull Racing and Williams already took advantage of the new rules, published on their pages in social networks a few videos.
The driver of the “Silver arrows” Lewis Hamilton also intends to fully take advantage of the new regulations and conduct multiple video feeds from the stage in Melbourne.
Guys, I’ll be going live on my social channels a few times throughout the race weekend 🙌🏾 #AusGP 📸 @paulripke for @MercedesAMGF1 pic.twitter.com/xlWMaO2S41
