In season 2017 Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton will be competing without a personal trainer.
Racers usually employ personal trainers in order to be in peak physical shape. However, in 2017 the British will follow itself.
“I want to prepare and keep yourself in good shape without the help of a coach I believe made a step forward in the field of physical training, Lewis said in an interview with the BBC. – From the point of view of training, I became more disciplined. I also carefully monitor their diet.”
Also Hamilton stated that as never motivated to win the title after losing to Nico Rosberg in 2016.
“Over the past years I had a fantastic fight with Nico, and last year the battle was very close and tense – continued the Briton. – So now I need to win the title.
I thought that was hungry to win in 2016, but now this thirst has doubled. I’m ready for the battle.
After the race in Australia I usually stay in Asia, but this time, I will go home rest and do everything possible to approach the next stage in readiness. I believe and know that I can win.”
