Because of allegations of financial fraud and unfair use of government loans, which led to debt in one billion, Mallya was forced to leave home and move to the UK last March.

We asked the UK for extradition Malia that he appeared before the court in India.”
The report also said that the extradition request was sent simultaneously with the dismissal of Malia on the Board of Directors United Breweries Ltd.
