Pat Symonds said that he doesn’t have any intent to return to work in the Formula 1 team after the departure of Williams.
For the past three and a half years, the 63-year-old Briton has held the position of technical Director in the stables of the grove, which he left in early 2017.
“In January, I studied the available options, – quotes the AUTOSPORT Symonds. – Now I am on vacation and need to make some decisions to make in March to begin work.
But I’m not going to go to another Formula 1 team. I want to do something new.
Frankly, I am surprised as there are possibilities. I’m open to suggestions.
You can say for sure that I’m not retired. But now, freed from the intensity of working in a team of Formula 1, it is possible to safely think things through and to make my experience useful to the sport.”
