Former FIA President Max Mosley believes that the introduction of new technical regulations in Formula 1 in 2017, maybe you selected the wrong destination.
New cars, presentation of which will start in two weeks, will be much faster than their predecessors due to the higher downforce. However, many fear that because of the special aerodynamics of these cars to overtake will become more difficult.
Gary Anderson about the shortcomings of the new regulations of F1
“In my opinion, might be chosen the wrong direction, – quotes Mosley AUTOSPORT. – I consider that cost to reduce the influence of aerodynamics and increase the mechanical grip.
The intentional increase of the speed is in doubt, because all the policies developed by the FIA over the last 40-50 years, were on the contrary intended to make the cars slower.”
