The neck we train in two ways: first, I raise and keep using the muscles of the neck weight — this exercise is identical to the congestion with which we are faced on the track, and then I conduct a special session on the map two or three times a week.”
During these sessions, the science uses a special helmet with the ballast, increases the load on the muscles of the neck.
“My helmet is getting heavier and a half-two kilograms, which corresponds to the same congestion that I experience in the F1 car,” added Carlos.
